Privacy

This site collects only what the testimonial programme needs, and is run by Sugurr LLC.

What we collect

• Application: name, email, phone (optional), date of birth, city, one photo, your availability, anything you write in the notes, and the IP address the form was sent from.
• After acceptance: a photo or scan of your government ID (to confirm you're 18+), your payout method and handle, and the video(s) you upload.
• Sign-in: the one-time codes we email you, when they were used and from which IP address.

How we use it

• To review applications, run the programme, pay you, and send you the emails described on this site.
• Your email is matched against sugurr.com accounts to apply the complimentary premium membership.
• Videos we license are used as described in the appearance release. Videos we don't license are kept only as a record of the submission.
• ID documents are viewed only by Sugurr staff reviewing your application and are deleted after the programme closes on request.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell your information. Files are stored on Sugurr's own servers. Payment handles are shared only with the payment provider you chose. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email help@sugurr.com.

Sugurr's general privacy policy at sugurr.com applies to your use of the app itself.
